What the couple hour includes
Noel offers couples counseling alongside individual counseling and family therapy. The Psychology Today fee is the same number: Couple Sessions $125, Individual Sessions $125.
He integrates family systems and a client-centered approach so the hour is not two monologues with a referee. Infidelity, divorce pressure, and relationship issues appear on his Psychology Today expertise list. He will tell you if the work belongs in a different room.

If one partner is in early recovery, ask about the group process and the Twelve-Step support Noel already names on the practice. Therapy is not recovery. The couple hour does not replace AA, NA, or Alanon.
